Far Ahead Advertising, Inc.

Doug Farrell and Glen Head joined to form Far Ahead Advertising, Inc. in 1998 in the State of Michigan.  The agency began by publishing a local automotive shopping guide called the Blue Book.  Since that time, Far Ahead Advertising has grown to publish several weekly publications and several niche magazines.   In 2015, Far Ahead Advertising expanded its serves to include online digital solutions through a national network of Online Advertising partners.  Far Ahead Apps followed shortly, giving medium and small businesses an affordable Business App platform for the growing mobile smartphone audience.    Far Ahead Advertising also offers a wide variety of print media options and graphic design talents.

Following graduation from Siena Heights University, Farrell embarked on a long corporate career in the newspaper business.  After many transfers, Doug and his family settled in Southwest Michigan.

To this day, Doug maintains an active account list to keep his finger on the business pulse of this community.

Doug is a member at Grace Lutheran of St. Joseph where he serves on the Finance Board.  He also volunteers on the Marketing Committee at the local YMCA.

Glen Head
Partner

Glen Head graduated with honors from Central Michigan University with Majors in Communications and also Broadcasting, plus a minor in Advertising.

Glen's entrepreneurial spirit has helped him start several businesses.  His cross-media experience has helped him to be a media consultant to his business associates.

Glen and his wife Shelly have three children.  Head is a published song writer and is the Worship Leader at Covenant Christian Church in Benton Harbor, Michigan. He is also involved with Relay for Life and writes restaurant reviews for MailMax.
